Agilent aCGH 芯片检测

拷贝数变异(包括DNA拷贝数增加(重复)、丢失(缺失)以及多等位基因或复杂重排)是基因组变异的重要原因之一,它与人类的很多疾病相关,如孟德尔遗传疾病;智力缺陷;孤独症;精神分裂症;肿瘤;自身免疫病等等。传统的染色体核型分析方法(如染色体区带染色分析,FISH等)可以检测染色体大范围结构变异。但这些方法具有实验操作繁琐,分辨率低,不能覆盖全基因组等缺点。基于基因芯片的比较基因组杂交技术(array-based Comparative Genomic Hybridization, aCGH)可以更加准确地发现疾病相关的染色体的变异,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供极大的帮助,这对高风险人群的健康水平筛查,疾病预防有重要意义。 Agilent利用其先进的芯片生产工艺,开发出高性能的aCGH芯片,广泛用于基因的拷贝数检测和染色体结构变化检测。 Agilent CGH芯片覆盖全基因组,在包括基因区域(内含子区、外显子区)、基因间区域以及对疾病研究极其重要的亚端粒区域(但不包含重复序列)的分布大致相同。
